Julien Marzouk
Partner
Over the past 15+ years, Julien Marzouk has worked with B2B and AI-enabled companies to build and improve their go-to-market — from early traction to more structured revenue systems.
He has spent the past few years as a GTM leader and coach at SaaS Academy, working closely with 300+ founders and revenue teams on pipeline generation, sales execution, and overall go-to-market performance. His background sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — from defining ICP and positioning to building pipeline, improving deal execution, and strengthening overall revenue performance. He has built go-to-market from scratch, supported companies entering the US market, and helped teams move from founder-led sales to more structured and predictable revenue engines. Prior to Kinesis Partners, Julien led strategy consulting efforts in New York at Altios, supporting international companies on US market entry and go-to-market strategy. Earlier in his career, he worked as a strategy consultant at Advention Business Partners (a Bain spin-off), advising large corporations and private equity firms on growth strategy and commercial due diligence. He has lived and worked across multiple countries and brings a practical, hands-on approach to turning complexity into execution.
