We worked with Kinesis Partners to adjust and accelerate our restructuration in the US. They helped us refine our understanding of the specificities of our core market in terms of offering, positioning and product/ market fit. Once the new business development strategy was set, they assisted us with the execution part by identifying and securing new distribution outlets via ad hoc Business Development Reps throughout the country. It was also an opportunity for us to rearrange our processes and streamline our activities.
